Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company (SYB or the Bank). The Bank is a state-chartered non-member financial institution, which provides services in the Louisville, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan statistical areas through approximately 44 full-service banking center locations. The Company operates through two segments. Commercial Banking segment provides a range of loan and deposit products to individual consumers and businesses through retail lending, mortgage banking, deposit services, online banking, mobile banking, private banking, commercial lending, treasury management services, merchant services, international banking, correspondent banking and other banking services. The Bank also offers securities brokerage services via its banking center in this segment. WM&T segment provides investment management, financial and retirement planning and trust and estate services.
